Returns & Exchanges must be done within 3 working days from the day customer receive the package.
After this duration has expired, we will not accept the exchange of the item.
Exchange request won't guarantee that you will get the desired product until the item has arrived at our warehouse.
When arrived, if the desired size of the purchased item is still available, we'd gladly exchange the item. If not, exchanges must be made for other item.
In case of the other item's value is more than the purchased item, then the customer must pay the price difference.
In case of other item's value is less than the purchased item, we will return the price differences with voucher with the value of price difference.
In case of other items you desired to exchange are not available, we will give you gift voucher with the value of the item you purchased.
If you desire to exchange the exchanged item, it won't be allowed.
No cash value can be refunded.
If we sent a defective item, we'd gladly do an exchange with returns costs (normal mail with the maximum of the shipping fee you paid for only the defective item) covered. However, the exchange has to be for the exact same item.
If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, then an exchange for another item of equal or less value or refund will be allowed. We will send the exchange with the same delivery method for the delivery and service you chose when you place your order for the defective item.
Please note that refunds with cash value can only done if you receive defective items and must be done so within 3 working days from the day customer receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
We need to receive the defective item first, then we will process your refund via bank transfer to your bank account.
Do note for preorder items, exchange or refund is not allowed, because we produced based on the selected item by the customer.

For international shipping, returns and exchanges are not permittable. We will make sure that the item we sent undergo several more steps of quality control before we ship them.
