All of our products on the site can be ordered as long as it is available, products in high demand may sell out really quickly, please note that items in SHOPPING BAG are not reserved until you have confirmed your order.
9. PAYMENT CHANNEL
All prices on our site are displayed in Indonesian Rupiahs and will be charged in Indonesian Rupiahs. We currently accept direct bank transfer and credit card payment via DOKU or bank transfer and GO-PAY via Midtrans.
For international customers, we accept payment via PAYPAL and your order will be converted to US Dollar and you will be charged in US Dollar.
10. PAYMENT PROCESSING
In the event that your payment can not be validated due to some reasons such as incomplete payment process or mistakes on account details, we reserve the right to cancel or not to process your order.
11. ORDER DELIVERY
In the event that your shipping or billing address is mistakenly or incompletely stated on our site during your order process, we have no obligation for any loss of items during delivery process and it is not refundable.
12. OUT OF STOCK
In the event that your order can not be processed in regards to unavailability of stock due to some reasons such as system fails/ error or out of stock, we reserve the right not to process your order and if your payment has been made, we will refund your payment based on the amount of payment that you have made.
Please note that exchanges for size must be done so within 3 working days from the day customer receive the package. After this duration has expired, we will not accept the exchange of the item. Exchange request won't guarantee that you will get the desired product until the item has arrived at our warehouse. When arrived, if the desired size of the purchased item is still available, we'd gladly exchange the item. If not, exchanges must be made for other item. In case of the other item's value is more than the purchased item, then the customer must pay the price difference. In case of other item's value is less than the purchased item, we will return the price difference with voucher with the value of price difference. If you desire to exchange the exchanged item, it won't be allowed. No cash value can be refunded. For defective items: If we sent a defective item, we'd gladly do an exchange with returns costs (normal mail with the maximum of the shipping fee you paid for only the defective item) covered. However, the exchange has to be for the exact same item. If the exact same item is out of stock or unavailable, then an exchange for another item of equal or less value or refund will be allowed. We will send the exchange with the same delivery method for the delivery and service you chose when you place your order for the defective item.
